Neilson Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Executive to enhance our client's operations in the tool and equipment rental sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales expert to drive growth in a dynamic market.

Position Overview

In the role of Regional Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in boosting company revenue and profitability by collaborating with the regional operations team to attract new clientele. You will work alongside the Senior Sales Executive to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, optimize conversion rates, and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business accounts through market analysis in a field-based capacity
  • Generate leads by targeting specific industries to enhance conversion rates
  • Maximize revenue from newly acquired accounts
  • Collaborate with broader Sales Teams to exchange leads and opportunities
  • Achieve set revenue and profit objectives
  • Proactively manage existing accounts while adhering to pricing strategies
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in accordance with service level agreements
  • Maintain a detailed and current CRM system with all activities recorded
  • Foster and maintain positive, professional relationships across various organizational levels
  • Support the credit control team in reducing outstanding debts
  • Analyze monthly sales KPI reports to monitor account performance and identify growth prospects
  • Encourage a cohesive approach to customer engagement by collaborating with local operations teams
  • Assist the Head of Business Development in nurturing a collaborative team culture
  • Advocate for positive change and assist in implementing new initiatives
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven track record in securing and expanding business with high-value accounts
  • Experience in presenting commercial proposals to senior external stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Competent and experienced in delivering presentations
  • Intermediate IT proficiency, including data analysis capabilities
  • Valid driving license
