Position Overview

Compensation: Up to £46,000 + Performance Bonus + Vehicle + Additional Benefits

Location: Field-Based Role Covering Northern Region

Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division is seeking a qualified professional for our client, a thriving manufacturing firm located in the Northern region. We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Client Relationship Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

This position encompasses a blend of managing current client accounts and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships throughout the Northern region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance relationships with current clients to boost spending
  • Identify and pursue potential clients in alignment with market strategies
  • Offer tailored product solutions to meet client requirements
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, design, planning, production, and logistics
  • Surpass client expectations by adhering to service level agreements
  • Meet and exceed personal sales objectives
  • Participate in regular sales team discussions

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales and/or account management, preferably within manufacturing, supply chain, or FMCG sectors
  • Exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships
  • A strong motivation to create new business opportunities
  • A proven history of meeting and surpassing sales goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in IT, including MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
