Job Title: Community Staff Nurse-Adult Nursing Services

NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our team as a community staff nurse in adult nursing services. This is a fixed-term position for 1 year, and the successful candidate will work within the Primary Health Care team, assessing and delivering care to individuals in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and deliver an agreed plan of care to individuals in a community setting
  • Work autonomously within a dynamic environment as part of the wider HSCP
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the improvement of patient care

Requirements:

  • Significant nursing experience and demonstrable leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for a career in community services and motivation to work autonomously
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and as part of a team
  • Current driving license and ability to travel to various locations
