Department Manager Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead our Beauty and Accessories teams in our flagship store in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse team of sales advisors, beauty experts, brand managers, and team leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive the Beauty & Accessories team to achieve daily KPIs and sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, showcasing in-depth product knowledge and expertise in beauty.
  • Stay up-to-date with beauty industry trends and developments.
  • Plan and execute in-store events in collaboration with the store and brands.
  • Support and coach the Beauty Ambassadors.
  • Develop strong relationships with brand representatives.
  • Embody our company culture and values.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a beauty department is highly desirable.
  • Luxury Beauty experience is essential.
  • A passion for Luxury Fashion and Beauty brands.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
