Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at Acosta Europe. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for representing our partner, Nestlé, and driving brand sales to enhance turnover and market share across UK retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with key retail decision makers (department and store managers) to increase brand visibility and availability.
  • Identify and implement in-store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility and availability and ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Ensure Nestlé's promotional activity is implemented and that products are on display in the correct location and with good availability.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience within FMCG, retail, or a sales environment.
  • Passion for the amazing brands we market and the drive and tenacity to succeed.
  • Full manual driving license and ability to travel within a defined territory.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary of circa £25,000 with a bonus scheme.
  • Flexible approach to working – 37.5 hours per week set over 5 days out of 7.
  • Mobile telephone and small van provided for transporting marketing material.
  • Enhanced holiday entitlement.
