Job Summary
Pertemps Scotland is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join their team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and closing sales leads in the East of Scotland region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Pursue Sales Opportunities: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to identify potential sales leads and develop a strategy to close deals.
- Manage Your Sales Pipeline: Effectively manage your sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, leverage each other's strengths, and drive team success.
Requirements
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate sales pitches and negotiate deals.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record of success in door-to-door sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Self-Motivation and Discipline: Possess the self-motivation and discipline to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Full UK Driving License: Hold a full UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
