Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Operations Manager to join our team at the Mount Charles Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of catering operations and designated services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and control the service offers for clients to the agreed specification and performance.
- Actively seek and identify opportunities for business growth and development, focusing on the latest food trends and best practices.
- Motivate, coach, and train staff to perform to the highest standards and in line with our company policies.
- Ensure all HACCP, Food Safety, and Health & Safety Legislation requirements are always adhered to.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the work.
- Self-motivated, working independently and on own initiative.
- Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude.
