Job Summary:

The successful Field Applications Specialist will work on the delivery of application projects on time, taking into account all internal and external stakeholders required to drive projects through to completion with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Perform installations, develop scripts to meet customer specifications, conduct customer training courses, and compile statistics and presentations as required.
  • Maintenance and Support: Perform preventative maintenance visits and repairs, troubleshoot any issues and escalate problems when they impact project delivery timelines.
  • Customer Engagement: Escalate and/or resolve issues in connection with customer complaints, support and perform quality assurance-related activities.
  • Technical Expertise: Perform software upgrades and provide helpdesk support as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A successful track record of complex installations, project management expertise, and willingness to travel.
  • Skills: Automation experience (ideally script writing).
