Application Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Applications Specialist to join our team at ACS Performance. As a Field Applications Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering application projects on time, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform installations, develop scripts to meet customer specifications, and provide customer training courses.
- Perform preventative maintenance visits and repairs, ensuring accurate hours are logged daily.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate problems when they impact project delivery timelines.
- Complete customer handover documentation, including customer sign-off, and escalate and/or resolve issues related to customer complaints.
- Support and perform quality assurance-related activities, including software upgrades and helpdesk support.
- Communicate and work with the European Service Management team, the UK Management team, and other departments, manufacturers, and suppliers.
- Successful track record of complex installations.
- Life Science experience.
- Willingness to travel.
- Automation experience, ideally script writing.
- Ability to recognize and solve complex problems.
- Ability to communicate and understand the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
