We offer a competitive salary complemented by an outstanding bonus scheme. On average, our branch managers earn bonuses around £15,000 annually, with some exceeding £25,000.

- Long-term Service Centre Supervisor: “The bonus system is excellent; it reflects your contributions effectively. I have earned more in bonuses than in my base salary.”

Our Service Centre Supervisors serve as role models, inspiring and guiding their teams to meet and exceed realistic targets, fostering shared success for the branch and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer satisfaction is paramount to our operations, and your ability to communicate effectively with clients will play a crucial role in generating new and repeat business, ultimately enhancing the profitability and success of our branch.
Key responsibilities of our Service Centre Supervisors include:
- Promoting and upholding the Company’s image, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maximizing service volume to meet profit and financial objectives.
- Coordinating and overseeing the work of service centre staff, providing assistance and support as needed.
- Ensuring the security of inventory and finances, being accountable for any discrepancies.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the service centre.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Hours: 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday & Saturday
