At People Puzzles Ltd, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our East of England team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering HR solutions to our client businesses, driving business growth, and transforming organizational cultures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead culture change initiatives, business transformation, and change management projects
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs, organizational design, diversity and inclusion initiatives, wellbeing programs, and talent management strategies
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring a first-class HR service is provided
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR leadership, with a strong track record of delivering business results
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at board level
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of commercial drivers and market trends
  • Ability to build trusting relationships across all levels, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
