About the Role

As Head of HR, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's mission and goals. This will involve cultivating a collaborative and evolving culture, with a focus on delivery, and overseeing significant recruitment, effective onboarding, and the development of scalable internal systems, policies, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of a people strategy that drives business growth and sustainability
  • Cultivate a collaborative and evolving culture that fosters innovation and delivery
  • Oversee significant recruitment and effective onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement scalable internal systems, policies, and processes
  • Support leaders in maintaining a high-performance and positive work environment
  • Craft pathways for learning that foster personal development and align with Cellular Origins' mission

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong track record of effective HR business partnership, business literacy, and the ability to translate business needs into a well-executed people strategy. Prior experience of start-up HR leadership is highly desirable.
