Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at NIJ. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reservation Management: Accurately manage reservations, including phone calls, emails, and in-person requests.
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, handle cash and credit transactions, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure smooth operations, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:
