CSS Recycling Ltd is a prominent player in the waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) processing sector in the UK. With a rich history spanning over 35 years, we collaborate with local authorities, utility providers, and leading manufacturers across the UK.

We are in search of a skilled Processing Operations Supervisor to oversee the safe and effective functioning of our processing operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficient command of the English language
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills
  • Valid forklift certification is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage staff while upholding high operational standards
  • Conduct machinery inspections and report any malfunctions
  • Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure the safety and security of the facility
  • Engage in collaborative discussions for process enhancement initiatives

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00 (hours may vary)

Compensation: Competitive salary, negotiable based on qualifications and experience
