Supervisor UK - Newbury

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supervisor to join our team at Zizzi UK - Newbury. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our front of house team to deliver a Great Time for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
  • Support the safe running of the business and maintain high standards to ensure every shift runs smoothly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
