Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and performance of our plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, specifically in electrical disciplines, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety protocols, managing plant operations, and leading a team of shift personnel. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our facility, which is pivotal to our mission of creating sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Manage plant operations, including electrical systems and equipment.
  • Lead a team of shift personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and report on plant performance, identifying areas for improvement.
