About the Role

The Global Sales Director - Corporate and M&E will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. This role will involve building long-term relationships with key accounts, managing global RFPs, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase total account revenue and market share
  • Manage global RFPs for corporate travel and convert M&E leads from end-user accounts and third parties
  • Monitor monthly results and present them to key stakeholders
  • Meet semi-annual quota and achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in corporate and M&E sales, ideally in hospitality
  • Strong understanding of proactive hotel sales and above-property functions
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • Presentation tools and skills
