About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global cosmetics brand as a Sales and Operations Manager for the launch of a new Korean beauty brand in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helping to launch new cosmetics brands into the UK and international market
  • Retail Relationship/Key Account management:
    • Deliver in-store training to beauty advisors
    • Help manage stock forecasts, orders management, shipments monitoring to ensure sufficient inventory
    • Create a cosmetics marketing strategy targeting retail clients
    • Plan the beauty product launches
    • Analyse and interpret sales statistics to identify best-sellers and most profitable ranges
    • Ensure all website information is up to date

Requirements:

  • Cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or FMCG background
  • Conversational Korean language skills
  • Account management experience
