Stock Controller Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our dynamic team at Jobwise Ltd. As a Stock Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all elements of stock within the production environment
  • Ensure all stock is accounted for and correctly entered into the system
  • Take responsibility for inbound deliveries and checking stock against delivery notes
  • Manage stock locations and ensure stock management is maintained
  • Challenge poor stock control within the production teams
  • Prepare all components for works orders in advance of production requiring the stock
  • Book in all completed works orders, checking against the WOP
  • Take full responsibility for all stock components, and their usage, within the production area
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Warehouse or Production Administrator
  • Strong software skills with a good knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing / production environment
  • Able to work well in a supportive and collaborative team
