Luton Hoo Hotel, a luxury 5-star hotel, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing account animation plans to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work towards all hotel revenue stream targets, delivering sales strategies and activities as agreed in the budget and sales plan.
  • Research potential new accounts, conduct telesales calls, and carry out face-to-face appointments to demonstrate non-face-to-face sales activity.
  • Develop effective relationships with brand partner sales/key account teams and become conversant with brand standards and tools.
  • Coordinate customer relationships to ensure new sales opportunities are maximized, encourage repeat business, and promote the wider Arora collection of hotels.
