- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the project and after the system goes live.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
Relevant Experience:
- Experience with full system lifecycles and large-scale implementations of housing management systems.
- Familiarity with social housing and local authority environments.
- Extensive knowledge of housing management modules such as Housing Advice, Allocations, Planned Maintenance, and more.
