As a key member of the CRA GROUP LIMITED team, we are seeking a highly skilled Housing Management Systems Implementation Lead to lead the implementation of our new NEC Housing system. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in large project implementations of Housing Management Systems, with a deep understanding of the Northgate/NEC modules, including Housing Advice, Allocations, Planned Maintenance, Assets, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the solution design, parameter design, and configuration of the NEC Housing system to meet the specific needs of the local authority and module leads.
  • Map legacy (Capita) data to NEC data, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Support the council IT team's build activity, advising on build steps and actions.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of current module-specific processes to identify requirements and areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders, including business users, housing management teams, IT, NEC consultants, and external vendors.

Requirements:
  • Full system lifecycle experience in large project implementations of Housing Management Systems.
  • Deep understanding of Northgate/NEC modules, including Housing Advice, Allocations, Planned Maintenance, Assets, and more.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
