We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our Prezzo team in Fareham. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that every customer leaves with a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality Italian cuisine
- Develop and implement kitchen processes to improve efficiency and consistency
- Work closely with the Head Chef to drive menu development and innovation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Manage kitchen inventory and ordering to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Develop and lead training programs for kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
