About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Prezzo Fareham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional Italian cuisine to our customers, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our Italian heritage and exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and stock control, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and best practices, applying innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
