About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our Prezzo team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of high-quality Italian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team in the preparation and cooking of Italian dishes
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen operations, including health and safety, stock management, and staff development
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to achieve kitchen goals and objectives
  • Drive team performance and ensure a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Financial management skills and ability to meet company GP expectations
