About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our Prezzo team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure that all kitchen staff are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and cook high-quality Italian cuisine to the highest standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and ordering to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
