We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Duty Manager to join our team at The Corniche, a luxury residential development in London. As a Night Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the development during the night hours, providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests, and managing a small team of Night Concierges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of night operations, ensuring a high level of service delivery to residents, clients, contractors, and guests.
  • Deliver a high level of health and safety compliance, conducting regular inspections, patrols, and ensuring any issues are reported and rectified.
  • Oversee the bar and leisure amenities, ensuring they are closed and opened punctually.
  • Supervise a small team of Night Concierges, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage complaints and feedback, acting as the main point of contact for all queries and issues.
  • Lead and inspire the team, promoting a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service background, with experience in a similar role and supervising a small team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, guests, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols, with the ability to conduct regular inspections and patrols.
  • Ability to manage complaints and feedback, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
