We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Duty Manager to join our team at The Corniche, a luxury residential development in London. As a Night Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of night operations, ensuring a high level of service to residents, clients, contractors, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage night operations, ensuring a seamless service to residents and guests.
  • Deliver high-level health and safety compliance, conducting regular inspections and patrols.
  • Oversee the bar and leisure amenities, ensuring they are closed and opened punctually.
  • Supervise a small onsite team, ensuring SOPs are adhered to.
  • Provide excellent customer service, managing complaints and feedback.
  • Lead, engage, and inspire others, creating a positive and safe environment.
  • Drive performance and contribute to amazing results.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service background, with experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to take initiative in challenging situations and deal with onsite emergencies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work safely and manage a team environment.
