Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals for clients and customers
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and regulations
- Manage food inventory and supplies
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve catering service goals
Requirements:
- BOSIET (HUET) certification
- Catering qualification and/or time-served experience
- Food Hygiene certification (preferably current)
- STCW certification

- Proven track record in catering/hospitality
