About the Day Cook Role:
The Day Cook will be responsible for providing a high-quality catering service while adhering to health and safety guidelines. This skilled position requires the Day Cook to undertake daily food preparation and cooking activities to ensure the delivery of a premium meal service to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake daily food preparation and cooking activities
- Contribute to the provision of a quality catering service
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- BOSIET (HUET) training and certification
- Catering qualification and/or time-served experience
- Food Hygiene certification (preferably up-to-date)
- STCW training and certification
