Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Home Management Support:
    Assist the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager in the effective and compassionate management of the home. Conduct walking handovers to ensure accountability for all residents at the beginning and end of shifts. Encourage staff involvement in the smooth operation of the home, fostering a positive atmosphere and leading by example.
  • Training and Development:
    Facilitate the training and development of all staff members. Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the in-house training program to maintain high standards. Contribute to the personal care needs of residents, promoting and maintaining their independence.
  • Communication and Interaction:
    Lead, motivate, and mentor staff while fostering teamwork. Communicate and interact effectively with both residents and staff.

Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of NVQ Level 2, actively pursuing NVQ Level 3 or higher. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor staff. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
