Key Responsibilities:
Home Management Support:
- Assist the Home Manager and other senior staff in the effective and compassionate management of the facility.
- Conduct thorough handovers to ensure accountability for all residents at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Encourage staff involvement in the smooth operation of the home, fostering a positive atmosphere and leading by example.
Training and Development:
- Facilitate the training and growth of all team members.
