Senior Business Travel Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our team at Corporate Travel Management (CTM) UK. As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their travel needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level customer service to clients, ensuring that their travel requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with emergency actions, contingency plans, and out-of-hours requirements to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.
- Ensure that client travel policies are adhered to correctly, and that all travel arrangements are made in accordance with company procedures.
- Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with managers and business partners to ensure that client activity is properly managed and reported.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in the team to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed to the highest standard, and that all travel arrangements are made in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide support and assistance to colleagues as required, and assist with additional tasks as needed to ensure business priorities are met.
- Proven experience in the travel industry, with a strong understanding of travel management operations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative to resolve problems and find solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Sound, proven SABRE/GALILEO GDS skills, with an excellent understanding of fares and ticketing.
