About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our team at Corporate Travel Management (CTM) UK. As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their travel needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service to clients, ensuring that their travel requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with emergency actions, contingency plans, and out-of-hours requirements to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.
  • Ensure that client travel policies are adhered to correctly, and that all travel arrangements are made in accordance with company procedures.
  • Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and business partners to ensure that client activity is properly managed and reported.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in the team to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed to the highest standard, and that all travel arrangements are made in accordance with company procedures.
  • Provide support and assistance to colleagues as required, and assist with any additional tasks as a business priority.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the travel industry, with a strong understanding of travel management operations.
  • Sound knowledge of Sabre or Galileo GDS systems, with the ability to manage multiple reservations and PCCs.
  • Excellent understanding of fares and ticketing, ideally to BA1/2 level or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative to resolve problems and find solutions.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and multitask under pressure.
  • Adept in using Microsoft Office software.
