About the Role:
The Council is seeking a confident and technically strong general practice graduate surveyor to work within the Council's Operational Estate team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of cases relating to the Council's Operational Property Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Working on leases, licences, wayleaves and servitudes
• Conducting asset valuations, acquisitions and disposals
• Managing projects and general property and lease management
Requirements:
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Student membership of a relevant professional body such as MRICS
• Previous relevant work experience and knowledge of surveying
• Good people and communication skills
