Climate17 is a purpose-led, international Renewable Energy & Sustainability recruitment firm. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor to join our client's infrastructure team in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert advice on valuation, acquisition, and disposal of land and rights across various property types.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client-facing professional advice on valuation, acquisition, and disposal of land and rights.
  • Estates management for a wide range of portfolio types.
  • Supervise Graduate surveyors in the team.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of an effective profit centre business plan.
  • Implement efficient internal systems and processes, optimizing IT and other resources.
  • Ensure legal compliance on all work carried out.
Requirements:
  • MRICS accredited and ideally a RICS Registered Valuer with experience in the field.
  • Good time management and strong communication skills, including report writing.
  • Previous experience of driving projects forward and establishing new relationships would be advantageous.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
