Location: Remote/Hybrid
Salary: Up to £70,000 + car allowance + bonus
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Lawyer or Contracts Manager to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract drafting and negotiation, with a focus on distribution agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of distribution contracts, ensuring timely and effective negotiation and drafting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and develop strategies to meet contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in contract negotiation and drafting, preferably in a distribution or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt contract language to meet business requirements.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
