We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Lawyer or Contracts Manager to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract drafting and negotiation, with a focus on distribution agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of distribution contracts, ensuring timely and effective negotiation and drafting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and develop strategies to meet contractual obligations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in contract negotiation and drafting, preferably in a distribution or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt contract language to meet business requirements.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
