Foster Denovo, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join its Client Experience Team as an Accountancy Practice Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Partners' practice, working closely with the Business Operations Manager and self-employed Partners to deliver exceptional client service and support.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coaching a senior team member, as well as providing coaching and support to a junior team member.
  • Working with the Partner to deliver the service proposition for clients and help them achieve their targets.
  • Managing the effective and efficient running of the team and practice, including conducting regular appraisals and monitoring performance.
  • Interfacing with the Client Experience Team, Paraplanners, and Clearview Operations Team to ensure effective delivery of the Foster Denovo Private Client Experience.
  • Assisting in the delivery of marketing projects, including large-scale events, and designing and producing client and internal marketing collateral.
