We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Operational Manager to join our team at urbanbubble. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of our build to rent community in Brighton.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure the smooth running of the building and that all resident services are carried out to a high standard and are delivered timely.
- To act as the face of the development for the residents, managing the team and enhancing the overall resident experience.
- To oversee the operational management and customer service delivery of a prestigious Build to Rent scheme.
- To ensure our customers and their properties are cared for and maintained to the highest possible standards, in line with budgets, service level agreements and regulatory requirements.
- To support the General Manager in implementing all building processes that deliver an effective operation and budgetary management on site, an excellent customer experience and align with urbanbubble's operational standards and comply with key regulations, including RICs, ARMA-Q and H&S.
- To contribute to weekly, monthly and quarterly client reporting on lettings performance and operational budget management.
- To ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are being properly implemented and a safe environment is provided for residents and staff.
- To work with the General Manager and marketing team to generate and implement a content calendar for all social channels.
- To oversee the delivery of all annual testing and training for our people to ensure total compliance, maintaining robust records.
Requirements:
- Significant experience of delivering excellent customer service and effective supplier management.
- Excellent team management and communication skills.
- A basic annual salary of up to £42,000 plus 10% bonus.
