Role Overview:

  • Lead and manage a team dedicated to executing the Operational Resilience Program, ensuring alignment with the Risk Appetites established by the Board.
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to gather insights, develop a strategic approach, and implement a resilience framework that aligns with the dynamic nature of the business.
  • Analyze and connect various elements across the organization, regulatory landscape, and industry trends to proactively address emerging resilience risks.
  • Provide regular updates on program progress, ensuring they are relevant and tailored to Phoenix's Risk Universe.
  • Guide and support colleagues in achieving optimal Operational Resilience outcomes within their respective roles.
  • Effectively manage a team of Operational Resilience experts to enhance performance and foster engagement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships across the organization to facilitate the integration of resilience strategies into broader business objectives.
  • Participate in external industry discussions to remain informed about best practices and developments.
