Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to join our team at Adam Appointments Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our resilience capability, driving the bank-wide resilience programme, and working with senior leaders across the business to ensure the delivery of resilient solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a resilience strategy, policy, and framework that aligns with industry good practice and regulatory expectations.
- Lead on strategic improvements, working closely with senior leaders across the business, including Executive Committee members.
- Embed an efficient and effective resilience culture within the organization, through suitable processes and controls that work with colleagues in line with our Agile@ scale operating model.
- Experience of Operational Risk frameworks and policy management.
- Leadership skills, developing a team and building capability across colleagues in the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operational resilience, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and colleagues across the organization.
- Ability to develop and implement a resilience strategy, policy, and framework.
- Experience of Operational Risk frameworks and policy management.
