Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Senior Manager to join our team at Adam Appointments Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our resilience capability, driving the bank-wide resilience program, and working with senior leaders across the business to ensure the implementation of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic improvements and work with senior leaders to drive business-wide resilience initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Resilience team to continually improve our resilience framework and system, including IBS management and scenario testing.
- Develop and implement resilience strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with industry good practices and regulatory expectations.
- Implement a resilience-by-design approach within Change Engagement, ensuring that resilience is embedded in all aspects of the business.
- Provide leadership and act as deputy to the Head of Resilience as needed.
- Design and implement education and awareness support tools to promote a resilience culture within the organization.
- Liaise with leadership across the bank, within the Group, and peers across the industry to ensure alignment and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of an efficient and effective resilience culture within the Bank, through suitable processes and controls that work with colleagues in line with our Agile@ scale operating model.
Requirements:
- Operational Resilience regulations - knowledge and practical experience of implementing these within an organization.
- Experience of Operational Risk frameworks and policy management.
- Leadership skills, developing a team and building capability across colleagues in the organization.
