Job Title: Operational Resilience Programme Manager

Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow - Hybrid, with 2 days per week in the office

Adam Appointments Limited is seeking an Operational Resilience Programme Manager to drive the bank's Operational Resilience programme, ensuring regulatory alignment and embedding resilience by design across the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the Operational Resilience programme, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support the development of the bank's resilience posture.

Conduct assurance and oversight activities, including drafting board reports and recommending corrective actions.

Advise internal stakeholders on resilience matters, organizing meetings and materials as necessary.

Support education initiatives around Operational Resilience for key stakeholders.

Contribute to continuous improvement of resilience policies, frameworks, and processes.

We're looking for:

Strong knowledge and experience in implementing Operational Resilience regulations in a Financial Services environment.

Proven experience with Operational Resilience frameworks and policy management.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders.

Experience in creating and delivering learning opportunities related to Operational Resilience.

Familiarity with agile working environments.
