About Us

At StructureFlow, we are pioneering the first visual modeling solution tailored for corporate frameworks and transactions. Our vision is to revolutionize how professionals engage with intricate information. By transforming conventional, dense legal documents into dynamic visual representations, we empower users to navigate complexity with clarity and efficiency.

Having recently secured Series A funding, we are in a rapid growth phase and are excited about scaling our operations. We currently collaborate with over 50 highly engaged international law firms, including a significant portion of the UK Magic Circle and a notable segment of the US AMLAW 200.

Your Role

As a Senior UX Designer at StructureFlow, your primary focus will be to ensure that our application provides outstanding user experience outcomes while delivering substantial value to our organization.

The users of our platform include leading legal, accounting, and finance professionals who maintain high standards regarding their workflows and the technology they utilize. You will need to deeply understand their complex processes and translate that knowledge into an intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly application experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete UX design process, from initial discovery to final delivery, fostering collaboration across various teams.
  • Utilize a balanced approach of data analytics, user experience research, and behavioral frameworks to guide design decisions, transforming insights into impactful design proposals.
  • Engage directly with our clients, planning and executing UX research through various methods, including user interviews and usability testing, to gather insights that inform the design process.
  • Analyze our competitors to identify strengths and weaknesses, creating opportunities for enhanced user experiences and competitive differentiation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design engaging user experiences that seamlessly integrate real-world and digital interactions.
  • Develop user personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts and actively seek feedback throughout the design process.
  • Work alongside product managers and developers to ensure that features are feasible and implemented to the highest usability standards.
  • Contribute to the creation, development, and maintenance of our design system.
  • Help cultivate the design team culture, including mentoring and coaching junior members.
  • Stay updated with best practices and industry trends in UX design, ensuring our application and processes reflect the latest advancements.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a UX designer, ideally holding a degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction, UX, or a related field.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing design thinking and expertise in developing complex web or application features and interfaces, preferably in a B2B context.
  • Demonstrable experience with KPIs, metrics, and analytics.
  • A passion for crafting products and experiences that resonate with users and influence their behavior, with a strong emphasis on user-centered design principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Experience in user research, usability testing, and persona development.
  • Proficient visual design skills with expertise in UX design tools, including Figma.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective presentation and articulation of design concepts to users and stakeholders.
  • A meticulous and organized approach, characterized by self-management and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with canvas-based applications or visual collaboration tools.
  • Background in legal technology or financial technology.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, such as NLP or Open AI.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary.
  • Opportunity to join a dynamic, early-stage startup on a mission to become the essential infrastructure for future transactions.
  • High-impact work that significantly contributes to our company and our clients.
  • Flexible working arrangements with a remote-first approach.
  • Learning and development budgets and support.
  • Regular social events for the entire company.

Our Commitment

We believe that diverse teams, where everyone can be their authentic selves, are key to our success. We encourage individuals from underrepresented backgrounds to apply.
