N Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow UI/UX Architect to join our growing team of technology experts.

As a key member of our development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative user interfaces within ServiceNow environments. Your expertise in ServiceNow UI development and web technologies will be instrumental in enhancing the user experience and driving the success of our clients' digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of customized ServiceNow Workspaces to meet the unique requirements of our clients.
  • Guide the development of both classic and modern Workspaces UI for seamless integration and optimal user workflows.
  • Create custom UI components to streamline processes and optimize user interactions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Mentor and support junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in UI development and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable UI designs that meet client objectives.
  • Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow updates and emerging UI technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and innovative.
Required Skills
  • In-depth familiarity with ServiceNow Next Experience UI Builder and Classic Environment.
  • Proven track record of leading successful UI/UX design projects within ServiceNow platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a deep understanding of user experience strategy.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and experience in architecting enterprise-grade applications.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with User Experience Analytics Platform.
  • ServiceNow Application Development and UI/UX certification.
