We are seeking a talented video content creator with expertise in motion graphics and video editing to join our dynamic team in London. Your primary responsibility will be to produce visually captivating video content and campaigns tailored for performance marketing, organic social media platforms, websites, out-of-home advertising, and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing: Skillfully edit and compile video footage to deliver a polished and engaging final product, focusing on creating attention-grabbing short-form content for social media and advertising campaigns. Incorporate special effects and graphics where beneficial.
  • Colour Grading: Ensure visual consistency by matching colours across various sources to achieve a professional and cohesive appearance in all creative materials.
  • Campaign Video Production: Edit impactful campaign videos from raw footage provided by on-set videographers to support product launches effectively.
  • Digital Advertising: Create diverse digital advertisements for platforms such as Meta and TikTok, adhering to detailed design briefs from the content team.
  • In-Store and OOH Assets: Produce video content for in-store displays and out-of-home advertising to support product and brand launches, following specified dimensions and guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the broader creative team to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Performance Enhancement: Collaborate with performance agencies and senior management to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS) by developing an integrated production cycle, including creating modular scripts for various video versions based on analytical insights.
  • Ideation Sessions: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and collaborating with the creative lead and performance teams to develop compelling video campaign concepts.
  • On-Site Production: Attend campaign and social shoots to ensure that the produced assets align with your vision for engaging content.
  • Content Library Utilization: Leverage the UKLASH content library to refresh existing assets and create new ones, experimenting with different storytelling formats.
  • UGC Management: Collaborate with creator and community managers to establish a streamlined process for managing user-generated content production at scale.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results while accurately estimating editing timelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and refine video content to ensure it meets UKLASH's standards of excellence, including checking for brand consistency and alignment with project briefs.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of three years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio that highlights your skills. Experience in a fast-paced agency environment is preferred.

  • A mobile-first and social approach to all projects.
  • Ability to transform raw footage into compelling narratives from various sources, including user-generated content and influencer material.
  • Capacity to work under tight deadlines, producing new videos on a weekly basis.
  • Experience in testing creative elements, editing multiple versions, and managing timelines related to key performance indicators.
  • A strong storyteller with an understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
  • Proficiency in motion graphic design.
  • Ability to edit e-commerce videos for product pages in accordance with quality expectations.
  • Provide feedback to other teams regarding effective strategies based on performance insights.
  • Excellent file management skills to ensure an organized workflow.
