Our main site, Heathside, features 37 bedrooms designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, while The Mews offers a modern and airy environment with 25 beds. Our philosophy centers around personalized care, ensuring that each resident's unique preferences and needs are met through tailored support plans.

A Typical Day as a Senior Residential Support Worker

In this position, your daily responsibilities will be as diverse as the individuals you assist. You will engage in hands-on support, collaborate with the residential senior supervisor in medication administration, and assist with health-related appointments and assessments. Your commitment to a person-centered approach guarantees that each resident receives the specialized care they require, reflecting their individual needs. As a senior team member, you will provide guidance and encouragement to your colleagues, fostering a nurturing and respectful atmosphere. Your effective communication skills and dedication to making a positive impact will be vital in our mission to cultivate a supportive community that promotes growth and independence. With thorough training and the backing of your team, you will offer a wide range of assistance, from personal care to being a friendly presence in their daily lives, honoring their individuality and celebrating their life stories.

Qualifications We Seek

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in care, whether professional or personal.
  • A Level 2 qualification or substantial relevant experience.
