About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Implementation: Drive the planning and implementation of complex regeneration projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including community groups, local authorities, and private sector partners, to build thriving and inclusive communities.
  • Sustainable Initiatives: Lead the development of sustainable initiatives for long-term community growth, focusing on economic, social, and environmental benefits.

Key Requirements:

  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing complex regeneration projects, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including community groups, local authorities, and private sector partners.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment, ensuring effective project delivery.
