Job Summary

As a Regeneration Project Manager at Marks Consulting Partners, you will play a key role in leading large-scale Estate Regeneration projects. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Estates Regeneration, who can effectively manage and deliver projects on time and to budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resident Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with residents, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Lead internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of demolition programs, stock condition surveys, and decanting processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, local authorities, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Estates Regeneration projects, with a strong understanding of the local authority context.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with residents, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
