As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale regeneration projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resident Engagement: Develop and implement effective resident engagement strategies to ensure community buy-in and support for regeneration projects.
  • Project Management: Lead internal and external teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate internal and external teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Demolition Programme Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of demolition programmes, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
  • Stock Condition Surveys: Conduct thorough stock condition surveys to inform regeneration project decisions.
  • Decant Management: Develop and implement effective decant strategies to minimize disruption to residents and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Estate Regeneration project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale regeneration projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
